Enrollment process and registration form

APL The enrollment process for APL is as follows:

1. Prospective student(s) and parent(s) attend an orientation meeting. Students in high school must attend the orientation with their parents. Middle school students are strongly encouraged to attend. Elementary students are not required to attend orientation. Orientation is at 5pm and lasts about one hour, dates as follows:  

Attend an orientation 2014/2015 on Wednesday’s 5 pm these are weekly for the months of August, September, October, May; call for orientation dates in the months of: November – April, June.

2. Parent completes the enrollment application and provides a copy of the student's birth certificate and immunization record. (Copies can be made at our office) If the student has an IEP or has been SARBed, copies of those records must also be submitted with the application.

3. APL administrator will assign a teacher and the teacher will call you within 1-2 business days to schedule your preliminary meeting.
